Bad Faith
Insurer conduct that violates duties of good faith and fair dealing.
Florida Statute 624.155 governs bad faith. Stalling, mischaracterizing, denying without reason, and failing to pay when obligated all qualify. CRN (Civil Remedy Notice) is the prerequisite filing.
