Civil Remedy Notice
Statutory notice required before a bad-faith lawsuit.
FS 624.155 requires the insured file a CRN with specific details (parties, facts, statute violated, cure sought). Carrier has 60 days to cure. If not cured, bad-faith action may proceed.
