When you submit a claim review request, we collect your name, email, phone, ZIP code, damage description, and optional details (loss date, estimate, carrier, notes). We also record your IP and user agent for fraud prevention.
How we use it
We use your information to match you with a licensed Florida public adjuster for a free claim review. We do not sell your information. We share it only with the adjuster assigned to your claim and with the operational systems required to contact you (email, SMS).
Cookies and analytics
We use Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights for site performance. Neither uses cookies for cross-site tracking. We do not deploy third-party ad trackers.
Your rights
You can request deletion, correction, or a copy of your data by emailing [email protected]. We respond within 30 days.
