Methodology
How We Research and Review Florida Insurance Content
PANM methodology: how we research statutes, review denial reasons, anonymize case studies, and maintain editorial independence.
Methodology
Our review process
Every PANM page moves through drafting, licensed-adjuster review, legal review where statutes are cited, and publishing. Updates occur when statutes change, when our claim experience reveals new patterns, and quarterly on evergreen content. The update cadence per content type is published below.
Evidence
Sources we use
- DFFlorida Department of Financial Services filings and public records
- CAReal client case experience (anonymized for all published case studies)
- NANAIC market data and carrier financial reports
- COFlorida court filings and decisions (public records)
- FOFOIA requests for regulatory data where applicable
- INIndustry press and restoration/claim professional publications
Ethics
How we anonymize case studies
Every case study on PANM is anonymized. Identifying details (exact addresses, unique names, specific dates tied to identifiable news events) are altered. Settlement figures are actual. Methodologies are actual. Outcomes are actual. The client details are not.
