O&P
Contractor overhead and profit, typically 20% added to estimates.
Overhead and Profit is typically 10% overhead plus 10% profit (or combined 20%) added to the sum of labor, materials, and equipment. Florida carriers often omit O&P initially; supplemental claims can recover it.
